📋 Description

• Grow and develop long-term relationships with clients. • Manage client day-to-day social & digital efforts. • Be the client's righthand person getting to know their business inside and out. • Get your hands dirty. See opportunities. Solve problems. • Excel at "small ball"—communication, accuracy, quality, attention to detail. • Prepare client presentations, effectively present results and attend meetings as required. • Oversee multiple projects at once—information gathering, organizing, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, trafficking, reporting, delivering and guiding execution. • Brief, organize and provide information to internal teams—and cheer them on now and again. • Manage projects & client feedback using tools such as Jira and Airtable. • Genuine interest in Social, Gaming and/or Pop-Culture. • Up to date understanding of platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Twitter to stay on top of innovative approaches for clients. • Willingness to learn, grow and evolve in an ever-changing industry.

🎯 Requirements

• **MUST BE LOCATED IN THE  GREATER LOS ANGELES AREA** • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 4 years' account management experience in an agency or client marketing role • Ability to multi-task; excellent organizational skills • Strong leadership skills: ability to delegate detail work • Good understanding/foundation of marketing strategy knowledge • Collaborative work style • Lifelong learner; always curious; good researcher • Responsive; excellent listener, empathetic • Ability to distill patterns, trends, insights into actionable thoughts/opportunities for the team • Preferred Experience • Proven experience in agency account management • Experience across the spectrum of marketing communications disciplines • Proven ability to expand relationship with clients • Experience in creating, controlling, and maintaining budgets • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with project management tools
