• Moderate social media engagement • Help market specific locations as attractive holiday destinations through a world-class marketing program and multiple platforms • Inform, engage, and inspire potential visitors through email, community forums, and social media • Provide proactive engagement across social media channels • Research and source relevant answers to questions in a timely manner • Handle sensitive situations with care • Cover weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Social Media Engagement background • Passion for travel • English language proficiency • Excellent writing skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation) in English and French • Travel experience • Geographical knowledge of Ireland and places of interest on the island is a bonus • Ability to communicate tone creatively on social media • Empathetic approach to handling sensitive situations with care • Experience with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram • Experience with proactive engagement across social media channels • Experience with social media tools such as Conversational is a bonus • Professional community and forum experience • Ability to research and source relevant answers to questions in a timely manner • Flexible availability and willingness to pick up extra shifts at short notice is a plus • Experience exploring the island of Ireland is a plus • Dedicated laptop or desktop • Minimum of 8 GB RAM • Reliable internet connection • Willingness to install ModSquad security software • Willingness to enable two-factor authentication on both your device and mobile phone • Primarily seeking individuals located in the US or Europe • Weekend coverage required
