🎯 Requirements
• Background in social media engagement • Bilingual in French and English • Knowledge of Ireland’s geography and key points of interest • Travel experience • Excellent writing skills in English and French • Ability to convey tone creatively across social media • An empathetic approach to handling sensitive situations with care • Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram • Experience in proactive engagement across social channels • Experience with social media tools such as Conversocial (a plus) • Ability to research and provide relevant answers to questions in a timely manner • Flexible availability and willingness to pick up extra shifts at short notice are a plus
