📋 Description

• Win new customers in the DACH region from initial contact through closing • Build thought leadership through original content on relevant channels • Build a network of decision-makers and develop conversations from it • Build AI-powered outbound workflows and test new approaches • Share successful acquisition strategies with the team • Conduct initial calls and product demos • Demonstrate how moinAI AI Agents resolve customer inquiries end-to-end • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success • Maintain accurate deal records in HubSpot • Quickly build an AI Agent for prospects based on their own website

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with SaaS or complex products requiring explanation • Demonstrated ability to generate conversations or leads through original content or personal contacts • Experience building and managing your own pipeline • Able to cite deals won through self-generated prospecting, including by phone • Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, n8n, Make, or HeyReach • Able to present an AI workflow or piece of content you built yourself • Excellent German • Good English
