• Provide technical support in an AMS environment; • Support SAP users in an AMS support environment; • Design and implement integration solutions using SAP Process Integration (PI) and SAP Process Orchestration (PO); • Develop A2A and B2B integration interfaces; • Configure and manage integration scenarios (ICO and dual-stack, where applicable); • Develop mappings and transformations (Graphical, Java and XSLT); • Work with adapters such as IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, File, SFTP, JDBC, among others; • Monitor and support integrations (N2/N3), performing advanced troubleshooting; • Ensure integration performance, security and governance; • Document interfaces and technical solutions; • Support migrations and transition strategies to SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP); • Interact with functional and technical teams; • Other routine tasks in the area.
• Experience working with SAP PI/PO; • Experience in AMS support for SAP user assistance; • Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (Solman); • Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP); • Knowledge of API Management; • Experience with SAP Event Mesh (event-driven architecture); • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integrations and APIs; • Experience with EDI/B2B integrations; • Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD; • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment; • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; • Organizational, multitasking and time-management skills; • Good negotiation skills; • SAP certification required; • Bachelor's degree in IT required.
