📋 Description

• Elicit and define functional requirements together with business areas; • Conduct workshops with clients and stakeholders; • Translate business needs into technical requirements for the implementation team; • Act as the interface between business areas and IT; • Facilitate executive and operational meetings; • Manage conflicts between areas and project teams; • Analyze and understand the client's procurement, contracts and logistics processes; • Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization; • Support governance initiatives, process transformation and continuous improvement; • Build consultative relationships with clients, adding value to the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with SAP MM; • Experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments; • Background in implementation and digital transformation projects; • Experience in requirements gathering and facilitating workshops; • Ability to engage with stakeholders at different organizational levels; • Knowledge of procurement, contract and logistics processes; • Experience with process standardization and governance; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Strategic thinking and customer focus; • Proactive with a strong sense of ownership; • Bachelor's degree required; • Language: Advanced spoken English (there will be an interview stage in this language).
