📋 Description

• Technical responsibility for market development of agriculture portfolio • Drive demand generation among current and prospective customers through field visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, presentations, and participation in industry fairs and events • Support the sales team with customer complaints, product positioning, and promotional communications • Coordinate activities of the experimental station, field marketing technician, trainees, and temporary marketing contractors • Connect market needs and trends with the Technology department through new product concepts • Execute new product introduction plan • Develop NPI testing protocols and establish performance benchmarks • Create protocols of field demo trials for the commercial portfolio for new applications • Execute the NPI development funnel at field and laboratory before the launch to generate performance data, positioning, and value proposition • Monitor market trends related to products with the same application and positioning, prices, communication strategies, and market access of the most important players • Identify and assess market potential, including segmentation and niche opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Chemistry, Agronomy or related areas • 5 years of experience • Intermediate level in English • Intermediate level in Spanish • Knowledge of chemistry and phytotechnics (preferred) • Knowledge of application technology (preferred) • Knowledge of Agricultural inputs formulations (preferred) • Experience with adjuvants (preferred)
