📋 Description

• The Regional Clinical Manager (RCM) is responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and development to a clinical nurse educator team focused on educating healthcare professionals on a newly prescribed HIV PrEP therapy. • Responsible for ensuring superior execution by the team and meeting all team metrics. • Lead and develop the team, emphasizing quality execution, time management, action planning, and alignment with field counterparts to create meaningful relationships with customers and their office staff. • Work cross-functionally with internal Momentum and client team members to ensure all appropriate training, compliance, and developmental objectives are achieved.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical field management experience. • Current, unrestricted nursing license (RN or NP). • Must maintain a valid driver’s license. • Strong clinical skills and experience with pharmaceutical business acumen. • Demonstrated experience competency and ability to independently navigate technology using multiple platforms, computer screens, and other technical components (Ex: Telephony Systems, CRM tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Suite). • Foster a strong culture of ethics and compliance by ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations, company policies, and industry standards in daily operations and decision-making. • Demonstrated skill in communication, strategic analysis, leadership, team building, coaching and developing the entrepreneurial spirit of the team.
