📋 Description

• Identify gaps between strategy and execution; develop structured recommendations • Lead or co-lead special projects on behalf of the CEO • Synthesize complex information into decision-ready memos and presentations • Manage the CEO's operating rhythm and ensure focus on the highest-leverage work • Own cross-functional project management for initiatives across departments • Design and improve internal processes • Prepare and facilitate leadership team meetings • Partner with the CEO to prepare board meeting materials

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience • Minimum of 2 years in management consulting (MBB or similar) or investment banking/private equity • Bachelor's degree from a highly selective institution; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred • Demonstrated track record of driving complex, ambiguous projects to completion with measurable outcomes • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Outstanding analytical skills including building financial models, synthesizing data, and drawing strategic insights • High emotional intelligence
