Monarch is a concierge practice platform that partners with OB/GYNs and physicians dedicated to comprehensive women's health, enabling them to transition to membership-based care. The company provides operational, financial, marketing, and clinical-education support—plus patient services like virtual urgent care—so clinicians retain clinical autonomy while building sustainable, unrushed practices focused on deeper patient relationships and improved outcomes.

📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and follow up on Monarch's full event calendar, including national conferences, medical association events, field activations, and hosted experiences • Identify and execute market-specific events designed to connect Monarch with physicians at the local level • Partner with sales and marketing to identify which physicians to target, in which markets, and through which channels • Serve as the connective tissue between event execution and sales follow-through • Establish clear metrics for every event, including attendance, engagement, and leads generated, and use that data to make subsequent events better • Own the operational details across multiple simultaneous programs so nothing falls through the cracks

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in marketing, with meaningful exposure to events, field marketing, or demand generation • Proven track record driving physician, professional, or B2B audience attendance and pipeline through events • Strong writing skills—able to develop clear, compelling messaging for a professional audience • Demonstrated ability to manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships end-to-end • Comfortable owning outcomes independently in a remote, fast-moving environment • Strong collaborator who works fluidly across sales, marketing, and external partners • Willing and able to travel approximately 25–30% of the time • A passion for improving how women experience healthcare • Experience in healthcare • Background in women's health, OB/GYN, or concierge/membership medicine • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline tracking

🏖️ Benefits

• Help build the future of women's healthcare alongside nationally recognized physicians • Own a high-visibility function with meaningful impact on Monarch's growth • Work directly with senior leadership at a mission-driven company doing work that matters • Be part of a collaborative, ambitious, and deeply human team • Competitive compensation, benefits, and performance opportunities
