• Acompañar a los clientes durante la implementación, pruebas en sandbox y validación de requests y responses. • Analizar implementaciones para detectar fricciones, errores recurrentes u oportunidades de mejora en los flujos. • Colaborar con Producto e Ingeniería para resolver bloqueos técnicos durante las integraciones. • Revisar logs, requests de API y documentación técnica para diagnosticar problemas de integración. • Documentar procesos de integración y crear guías claras para clientes y equipos internos, incluyendo análisis post-mortem de incidentes.
• Formación en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación, Tecnologías de la Información o campo técnico similar. • Conocimiento básico de programación (Python, SQL u otros lenguajes similares). • Entendimiento de APIs e integraciones entre sistemas; capacidad para leer documentación técnica y logs. • Mentalidad analítica e interés genuino en diagnosticar problemas técnicos. • Dominio avanzado de Excel / Google Sheets para análisis operativo. • Capacidad de documentar procesos técnicos de forma clara y de explicar temas técnicos a perfiles no técnicos. • Inglés avanzado (lectura, escritura y conversación). • Español nativo. • Nice to have: experiencia previa con herramientas de testing de APIs (Postman o similares), herramientas de monitoreo o exposición a flujos de pagos.
