📋 Description

• Enter and send payments in the Client-Bank system in accordance with Ukrainian legislation • Process and execute payment email requests from the Mondelez team • Perform accounting transactions for bank statement posting • Respond to supplier inquiries regarding payment deadlines • Generate bank reports, including Report 14b (MJE), ATCAT/Celonis, POP request, and duplicate payment reports • Follow company payment policies and procedures • Perform SOP controls and adhere to established KPIs • Complete manager assignments and achieve annual goals and targets • Handle legally required responsibility for primary documents and accounting registers when applicable • Use company communication systems to urgently coordinate with employees and ensure task execution • Follow accident prevention, environmental, labor, and fire safety requirements

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in economics, finance, or accounting • Minimum 1 year of experience in finance • Additional experience in tax, auditing, or consulting would be an advantage • Experience working with SAP financial software (preferred) • Experience working with Client Bank • Intermediate+ English, written and oral • Experience in administration with a strong customer service orientation • Computer literate with excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel • Experience working to deadlines with strong prioritization skills • Analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail • Ability to follow Ukrainian legislation and requirements related to accident prevention, environmental care, labor, and fire safety
