📋 Description

• You will have responsibility for the full market P&L for the Ricolino brands in the US. • Translating strategic priorities into operational reality by aligning communication, accountability, resource capabilities, internal processes, and ongoing measurement systems. • Leading a business growth agenda and evolving organic and inorganic initiatives. • Defining and monitoring commercial strategies, brand positioning and, sales channels - while focusing on increasing both short- and long-term results. • Driving high standards for individual, team, and organizational accomplishments through teamwork and empowerment; tenaciously working to meet or exceed challenging goals and foster continuous improvement. • Providing strategic leadership and direction, while supporting all the functions across the local organization • Streamlining operations, reducing costs, and driving alignment in all the functions, in order to ‘Amaze our Consumers

🎯 Requirements

• Broad management experience in leading national/international FMCG or CPG Company / Teams • In depth knowledge of all relevant national and international Sales aspects, tools and processes and business collaboration • Good Marketing and Financials understanding • Extensive, proven experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged good industry preferred • Proven experience in category development, key accounts and market insights analysis and delivering growth through category leadership • Future-focused mindset, curious about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and the ability to translate opportunities into business strategies • Ability and agility to develop and deliver a strategic plan, measuring and monitoring results, and making recommendations to achieve growth targets • Demonstrated experience leading and developing diverse teams • Able to influence stakeholders and interact effectively with senior leadership based on a deep understanding of priorities and with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view
