• Optimize sales processes, tools, and systems to improve field productivity, efficiency, and consistent execution across modern trade channels. • Lead sales execution planning, develop scorecards and reports, monitor performance against targets, and drive business reviews to identify risks and opportunities. • Manage merchandising investments and collaborate with finance to effectively control trade spend. • Utilize tools like Power BI and Excel to generate actionable insights on sales performance, distribution, and market trends, providing recommendations for improvement. • Lead the adoption and optimization of sales systems (e.g., TRAX, SFA, CRM), identifying opportunities for automation and digitalization. • Partner with sales leadership, category planning, supply chain, finance, and marketing to align strategies and influence decision-making with data-backed insights. • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage) • 8–12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Sales within FMCG or related industries • Proven experience in sales planning, performance management, and analytics • Strong understanding of Malaysia and Singapore market dynamics across channels • Experience managing trade spend and commercial budgets
