📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality native iOS applications • Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions • Write clean, testable, and reusable code following engineering best practices • Optimize performance, memory usage, launch time, and battery consumption • Ensure stability through unit testing, UI testing, and code reviews • Integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend teams on API design • Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and Android teams • Mentor junior developers and help establish engineering standards • Participate in Agile processes and continuous delivery practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience • Proven track record of shipping and maintaining apps at scale on the App Store • Experience owning features from design through production release • Strong proficiency in Swift • Working knowledge of Objective-C • Familiarity with Kotlin and Android development concepts • Knowledge of iOS SDK and core Apple frameworks • Knowledge of app and scene lifecycle and view controller lifecycle • Experience with background tasks, push and local notifications • Experience with App Extensions, including widgets and share extensions • Experience with SwiftUI and UIKit • Knowledge of Swift Concurrency, including async/await, actors, and structured concurrency • Experience with Combine and the Observation framework • Knowledge of GCD and OperationQueue • Experience with navigation patterns, including NavigationStack and Coordinators • Knowledge of dependency injection and Swift Package Manager • Experience with MVVM, MVI, or The Composable Architecture (TCA) • Knowledge of Clean Architecture and modular architecture • Knowledge of SOLID principles and separation of concerns • Experience designing scalable mobile architectures and evaluating trade-offs • Experience with REST APIs, URLSession, and Codable • Knowledge of authentication flows, error handling, and network caching • Experience optimizing UI rendering performance, main thread hang prevention, launch time, and battery usage • Knowledge of memory management, ARC, retain cycles, and leak detection • Experience profiling and debugging with Instruments • Experience with unit testing using XCTest and Swift Testing • Experience with UI testing using XCUITest • Experience with snapshot and integration testing • Knowledge of Test-Driven Development and mocking • Experience with Git, pull request workflows, and code reviews • CI-friendly development experience • Experience with App Store submission and release management • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Strong ownership and execution-focused mindset • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
