📋 Description

• Lead automated testing practices within Moneycorp’s Romania technology hub • Design holistic end-to-end test strategies spanning multiple components, services, and integration points • Conduct functional and integration testing based on business and application understanding • Gather requirements and identify suitable mapped test cases • Prioritise and categorise test cases based on their value • Identify functional test cases for regression test packs • Analyse test-cycle outputs and verify requirements and acceptance criteria • Facilitate peer reviews with cross-functional team members • Participate in Sprint planning and provide task and test estimations • Highlight gaps or ambiguous requirements • Develop end-to-end test plans for execution and reporting • Participate in Scrum activities, including Sprint Planning, refinement sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives • Report progress to peers, Scrum team, QA Lead/Manager, and stakeholders • Ensure task activities are transparent and escalate blockers • Collaborate with Development, IT, and DevOps teams • Achieve activity targets set during Sprint Planning and/or by the Head of QA

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on QA / SDET experience in an agile software delivery environment • Practical experience in test planning, test case design and test progress reporting • Experience with Azure DevOps, TestRail, and Jira • Experience with Playwright and C# (NUnit) • Experience with Postman, Newman, and monitors for API testing • Experience with K6, Artillery, or LoadRunner for performance testing • Experience with SMTP integration, Mailhog, or Mailosaur for email testing • Experience with SpecFlow/Cucumber and Gherkin • Experience with parameterised test suites and test data factories • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, kubectl, and pod inspection • Experience with Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or RabbitMQ • Experience with Azure Application Insights and KQL queries • Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions • Agentic engineering practices • Previous experience working for a financial institution (desirable) • Experience defining and executing non-functional test cases using standard testing techniques (desirable) • Degree educated with a Computer Science or equivalent degree • ISTQB/ISEB Foundation certifications or equivalent (desirable)
