📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job intake, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation, hiring, and onboarding • Develop proactive recruitment strategies and qualified candidate pipelines • Partner with hiring managers at all levels to identify current and upcoming staffing needs • Build long-lasting working relationships with hiring managers and candidates • Assist with HR initiatives and recommend process and program improvements • Facilitate day-to-day employee relations, including complaint resolution • Coordinate, administer, and facilitate performance management and talent management • Support HR strategies, policies, procedures, and programs for continued growth and retention

🎯 Requirements

• Educational background in human resources and/or a relevant technical program is required • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience, including full life-cycle recruitment and working closely with hiring managers and candidates • Experience as both an agency recruiter and an in-house recruiter • Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles, including Engineering, Business, and Commercial positions • Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems • Ability to execute tasks in a fast-paced environment • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders, team members, and candidates • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills • Exceptional organization skills and keen attention to detail • High business acumen and ability to align departmental projects with key business objectives • Good understanding of different business functions • Good communication, interpersonal, strategic-thinking, and organizational skills
