📋 Description

• Analyze financial statements • Proficient in preparing periodic financial reports, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. • Proficient in projecting financial scenarios, including costs, expenses, sales, and other key factors. • Support the creation and maintenance of financial models for projections and scenario analysis. • Collect and compile financial and operational data to analyze the performance of different business units or products. • Contribute to the development of action plans to achieve business plan objectives. • Provide support in preparing presentations and reports for management, highlighting relevant financial insights. • Ensure that financial planning and analysis practices comply with internal policies and external regulations. • Prepare and present financial reports to investors and clients, highlighting results and projections. • Gather information directly from real estate developers and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of financial data. • Collaborate with different departments to collect information and understand financial needs. • Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss financial matters and provide analytical support.
