📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field. • Proven experience in business analysis and requirements elicitation. • Elicitation and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements. • Creation and refinement of user stories. • Definition of acceptance criteria. • Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). • Backlog management and prioritization. • Functional validation and integration testing. • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps (backlog management, work items, and agile metrics). • Teamwork: Ability to act as a bridge between technical and business areas. • Communication: Clear documentation and alignment with stakeholders. • Adaptability: Comfortable handling changing scope and priorities. • Proactivity: Initiative to identify process improvements and propose solutions.
