📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical reference for the Squad, driving technical decisions and the technological direction of solutions. • Technically lead development teams in an agile environment, promoting organization, productivity, technical quality, and delivery predictability. • Define, implement and maintain development standards, technical governance and software engineering best practices. • Conduct technical code reviews focused on quality, maintainability, security, scalability and standardization. • Support resolution of complex technical problems, removing critical impediments and stabilizing team technical environments. • Work across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring technical alignment between different streams and teams. • Technically lead restructuring processes, team recovery, reduction of technical debt and improvement of development maturity. • Support the technical growth of professionals through mentoring, technical guidance and knowledge sharing. • Collaborate with Architecture, Project Management, Scrum Masters and other strategic stakeholders. • Provide technical support for decision-making considering systemic impact, risks, scalability, supportability and solution evolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Modern software architecture (microservices, REST APIs, messaging). • Design patterns and SOLID principles. • System integration and distributed architecture. • Source control (Git). • DevOps practices and continuous integration (CI/CD). • Containerization and orchestration (Docker and similar technologies). • Automated testing (unit, integration and regression tests). • Application security and OWASP best practices. • Application performance, scalability and observability. • Modeling and integration with relational and non-relational databases. • Technical governance and definition of development standards. • Strong hands-on experience as a technical leader, not just as a senior developer. • Ability to structure and mature technical processes within teams. • Experience defining development workflows, versioning policies and quality criteria. • Practical experience managing technical debt and evolutionary support. • Experience with Azure DevOps, pipelines and automation of development processes. • Decision-making ability based on technical impact and systemic vision. • Experience resolving technical conflicts and aligning cross-team efforts. • Ability to perform under pressure in critical, high-demand environments. • Clear, objective and mature communication with technical and executive audiences. • Collaborative, organized, analytical profile oriented to continuous improvement. • Lead by example, technical influence and ownership mindset for deliveries.
