📋 Description

• Build relationships with customers to increase purchase volume, frequency and product mix through discovery, record-keeping, recommendations and presentations • Identify account growth and collaboration opportunities through relationship development, contact expansion and business research • Locate new stakeholders and locations within organizations to find revenue opportunities • Use CRM and sales tools for outreach and document customer interactions in Salesforce • Exceed 25 daily dials and email activity metrics • Maintain strong knowledge of MOO products and services to make recommendations, win projects and grow relationships • Forecast anticipated monthly achievement to the manager and other business leaders when needed • Achieve monthly revenue and retention targets • Participate in weekly coaching sessions and 1:1s with the manager • Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions

🎯 Requirements

• B2B account management experience • Skilled in growing existing accounts and retaining customers is essential • Goal-oriented and enjoys chasing targets • Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment • Team-player with a positive attitude • Solution-oriented mindset, constantly looking for ways to improve • Professional, friendly and helpful on the phone and in writing • Highly motivated, self-starter who loves to test and explore new challenges • Experience of working with US clients or for a US company (nice to have)
