📋 Description

• Leading interior design projects from concept through execution • Developing refined, contemporary design concepts aligned with Moralia’s aesthetic • Acting as a primary client-facing lead on assigned projects • Managing projects, timelines, and client accounts with professionalism and discretion • Designing millwork-intensive interiors with a clear understanding of construction and detailing • Coordinating lighting layouts and architectural interior elements • Conducting site visits and site measurements as required • Producing and reviewing high-quality drawings and presentations • Overseeing and contributing to high-quality visualizations and renderings

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional interior design experience • Strong background in luxury residential and/or high-end commercial design • Demonstrated experience working with custom millwork and architectural interiors • Clear understanding of how millwork is constructed and installed • Excellent client-facing, communication, and project-management skills • Strong command of contemporary and modern design aesthetics • Knowledgeable in lighting design and coordination • Advanced proficiency in: • - AutoCAD • - SketchUp • - 3ds Max (or comparable rendering tools) • - Ability to produce or direct high-quality renderings and visual presentations
