📋 Description

• Recruit, manage, and elevate the CEO's executive and personal assistant function • Own inbox triage, scheduling, and follow-through to meaningfully reduce the CEO's operational and administrative load • Drive the automation agenda for the CEO office: identify, spec, and prioritize the AI agents, workflow automations, and internal tooling that scale the CEO's time • Make sure no ball is dropped and context reaches everyone across the org who needs it • Run a direct feedback loop with the team, surfacing signal leadership can act on • Prepare the CEO for meetings and decisions by gathering context and pre-thinking options • Lay the groundwork for a future founder-associate pipeline as the CEO-office model scales

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 8 years in a fast-paced operating, strategy, consulting, banking, or analytical role • Technically inclined and AI-native: able to spec, prioritize, and drive AI agents and workflow automation with an engineering team • Strong analytical mindset and real curiosity for how organizations run • English fluency • Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts • Ability to adapt across time zones and shifting priorities • Clear and crisp async communication • Strong ownership and autonomy: doesn't wait to be told • Team-first mindset, low ego
