📋 Description

• Partner with the Business Operations Manager to support and improve quote-to-cash systems and processes • Execute QTC-related work across CPQ, billing, and order management workflows • Perform user acceptance testing for strategic projects and enhancement releases, including test case creation, execution, results documentation, and defect tracking • Support tactical QTC tasks such as configuration validations, data checks, and small process or tooling tweaks • Translate business requirements and pain points into structured Jira tickets with requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and dependencies • Conduct UAT on assigned tactical tickets and monitor releases for negative system impacts • Create, refine, and maintain enablement documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, FAQs, process maps, and step-by-step guides • Document outcomes of new features and bug fixes for the Order Management team • Use SQL or analytics tools such as Snowflake and Retool to reconcile data and monitor QTC workflow impacts • Partner with analytics and systems teams to troubleshoot data issues and ensure data integrity • Identify recurring QTC process issues and propose improvements • Stay current on QTC system and process changes and assess their impact on the Order Management team

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, QTC, sales operations, billing, or order management, ideally in a SaaS or technology company • Experience with QTC or revenue systems/processes such as CPQ, order management, billing, or invoicing, including Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, or similar • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to translate complex system behavior into clear, simple language for non-technical stakeholders • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Located in Pakistan and available to work US-aligned Pacific Standard Time hours • The applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations • Base knowledge of SQL or data analytics, preferred • Experience working with Jira or similar ticketing systems, preferred • Prior experience collaborating with engineering, systems, or data teams, preferred
