📋 Description

• Define, track and achieve key performance indicators for the customer implementation program. • Owning the implementation process for assigned accounts which include: successful implementation and training of the software to drive adoption by new clients • Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project timelines and deliverables • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring successful project completion • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among project team members • Ensure the timely and successful completion of new client implementation for all assigned accounts • Monitoring client progress and activities to ensure adoption of all parts of the organization while staying within scope and on schedule • Hosting virtual or in-person sessions for customers • Traveling to customer on-sites as needed (~40%)

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or a related role in a B2B capacity, preferable telematics, logistics, or fleet management. • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in project management software and tools • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred • PMP Certification Preferred
