📋 Description

• Support Sales and Fulfillment teams through the quote-to-cash process • Ensure orders, accounts, and audit activities are completed accurately and on time • Use Salesforce and Zuora to investigate and resolve billing, payment, and account-related issues • Review billing accounts and audit records to identify discrepancies and validate data accuracy • Recommend appropriate escalation when needed • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve casework and improve operational workflows • Support scalable process enhancements • Communicate status, issues, and findings clearly to stakeholders • Report to the Manager, Order Management Audit

🎯 Requirements

• Fresh Graduate with 6 Months - 1 years of experience in order management, audit, finance operations, billing operations, or a related business function • A background in Finance or Accounting is preferred • Solid understanding of billing flows, account analysis, or recurring contract structures • Working knowledge of CRM or business systems, preferably Salesforce • Ability to learn tools such as Zuora quickly • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English • Judgment to solve issues independently and escalate when appropriate • Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
