âą Build data roadmap for the sales data engineering team building both internal and external data products. âą Drive innovation in our sales data products with the application of AI in both the processes we work on to the products we deliver. âą Build teams to scale out our maturing set of analytics products. âą Be deeply technical and continue to code and drive technical standards within the team. âą Architect and design data models in collaboration with data and product teams. âą Communicate effectively and drive strategy across multiple teams and projects.
đŻ Requirements
âą Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field, e.g. Computer Science, Math, Economics, or Statistics âą Knowledge of Sales Cycles and B2B Sales âą 10+ years experience in Data Engineering, and 3+ years managing a team âą Expertise with data engineering stack, dBt, Snowflake, airflow, data observability tools, AWS, pyspark. âą Expertise in SQL and Python âą Great planning and roadmapping skills âą Excellent communication, collaboration, and people skills.
