📋 Description

• Serve as Project Leader and Delivery Owner for enterprise implementations • Lead end-to-end onboarding and deployment of Motive hardware and SaaS solutions for complex enterprise customers • Own implementation from kickoff through deployment, training, and transition to long-term support • Serve as the single-threaded owner of project delivery, accountable for timelines, scope, risks, and customer experience • Define project scope, success criteria, milestones, timelines, roles, and responsibilities • Develop and maintain project plans and tracking mechanisms • Communicate project status, risks, and changes and facilitate customer kickoffs, weekly status calls, and executive updates • Establish project governance, status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication plans • Manage RAIDs, mitigation plans, escalations, scope control, and change management • Manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementations • Guide customers through setup, configuration, and deployment of hardware and SaaS solutions • Translate technical and operational requirements into execution plans • Align project plans, hardware logistics, and field execution • Prepare customers for operational readiness and transition to steady-state support • Deliver or coordinate targeted training and guide organizational change management • Enable customer self-sufficiency through documentation, communication, and knowledge transfer • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Support, Engineering, Product, and Installation teams • Identify blockers, drive resolution, and contribute to implementation frameworks, playbooks, and delivery standards

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or enterprise customer-facing roles • Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder deployments; hardware and SaaS experience preferred • Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycle delivery, including planning, execution, and risk management • Experience working with enterprise customers in fast-paced, high-growth environments • Strong project management discipline, including planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple projects • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Proven ability to identify risks early and drive structured resolution • Ability to balance consultative guidance with delivery accountability • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments • Proficiency in project management and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred • Applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations • Employees must be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology
