📋 Description

• Remote monitoring and support - NOC: Perform monitoring, incident ticket handling, diagnosis, and resolution of faults in video system devices – Level 1 • Customer and Operations Support: Understand the needs of Customer Service Management (CSM) and provide proactive operational support to ensure customer satisfaction • Incident and Ticket Management: Responsible for opening, handling, and controlling the flow of support requests and tickets • Report Preparation: Prepare corrective and preventive maintenance reports, system reports, and operational procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Technical degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, or Networks • Knowledge of video infrastructure, electrical systems, towers, and structured cabling • Experience with CCTV, alarm panels, monitoring systems, and access control systems • Experience with fiber optics • Experience in NOC and monitoring systems • Knowledge of IP networks, network design and troubleshooting: Ethernet, TCP/IP, L2/L3, MPLS • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace • Knowledge of Motorola Solutions products (Compass, Vigilant, Avigilon, Pelco and/or Indigo) (Desired) • Knowledge of Zabbix (Desired) • Cloud fundamentals: Azure certification or equivalent (Desired) • Familiarity with operating system configuration: Unix, Linux, and Windows Server (Desired) • Familiarity with server installation and maintenance (Desired) • English: Basic conversational and written skills (Desired) • ITIL certification (Desired).
