📋 Description

• Develop strong relationships with UI/UX teams and work in close partnership with research and design colleagues • Actively involved in initiative and epic refinement as an integral member of the Product Management team • Responsible for building, editing, and maintaining the team backlog, including user stories, defects, and research spikes • Review and prioritize the backlog as part of the preparatory work for release and sprint planning, including coordination of dependencies with other POs • Contribute to the roadmap • Involved in release planning, reviewing vision, and content presentations to assigned engineering team(s) • Collaborate with the team to detail user stories with acceptance criteria • Maintain the proper flow of features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in the backlog • Agree on accepted story completion, including validating that the story meets acceptance criteria and that it complies with the Definition of Done (DoD) • Understand the scope of needed research spikes and collaborate with Engineering to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the critical technological infrastructures • Collaborate with the team and any other stakeholders in the team demo • Lead and participate in the appropriate agile ceremonies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 4+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, product ownership, product planning, product management, or engineering • Agile/Scrum experience • Technical Knowledge of Enterprise Hardware Platforms • Firm understanding of software design, user interaction, and user interface design • Deep technical knowledge in software development methodologies • Technical skills and knowledge of on-prem or cloud services and development • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written • Proactive, enthusiastic attitude toward challenging problems • Strong ability to take complex user requirements and distill them into a format that is intuitive and clear to developers as well as non-technical staff • Ability to research and analyze project requirements from various stakeholders
