• Coordinate sales proposals • Analyze customer request for proposals (RFP) to understand requirements • Identify opportunities and challenges in order to craft winning responses • Coordinate team responsibilities, schedule meetings, and set timelines • Organize content into a well-formatted, cohesive document • Develop a variety of sales documents (e.g., letters, project justifications, etc.) • Review competitor materials to regularly enhance sales deliverables • Other duties as assigned by Management
• Bachelor's Degree preferred • Preferably a background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in persuasive writing • Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, AI tools, familiarity with proposal generative tools (like Responsive)
