• Proactively reach out to and follow up with clients via phone, WhatsApp, Telegram and email • Build strong relationships and provide professional guidance to new clients • Understand and present our products and services clearly and confidently • Keep activity records and track your performance in the CRM system • Work collaboratively with team leaders, following sales processes efficiently
🎯 Requirements
• Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker • Previous sales experience (financial services, trading or related areas) - Preferably in retention or acquisition within the Forex/CFD sector • Basic understanding of the trading market • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to handle objections • Motivated, proactive and results-oriented
