• Manage and oversee end-to-end payment operations, including transaction execution, routing, and settlement. • Monitor real-time payment flows to identify and address anomalies or failed transactions. • Perform regular reconciliations across payment gateways, digital wallets, and banking partners. • Serve as the primary liaison for external vendors, payment providers, and internal teams. • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, chargebacks, or customer-related issues efficiently. • Collaborate with Customer Support, Compliance, and Engineering teams to enhance payment performance and customer satisfaction. • Maintain strict adherence to financial compliance standards, including AML, KYC, and regulatory reporting. • Support process automation and optimization initiatives within the payment infrastructure. • Generate analytical reports on transaction performance, reconciliation accuracy, and operational KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in payment operations, financial services, or banking, ideally within a fintech or digital payments company. • Strong understanding of payment flows, settlement cycles, and transaction monitoring. • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher. • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and process control. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders. • Adaptability to a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. • Nice to have In-depth knowledge of payment systems such as SEPA, SWIFT, Faster Payments, or alternative payment methods. • Experience with reconciliation tools, payment gateways, and financial APIs.
