📋 Description

• Own creative outcomes for paid social campaigns, including concepts, iterations, and final static and video deliverables • Drive and monitor campaign performance using CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop/hold rate, and cost per result • Create ads that highlight clients’ practices, results, and branding • Identify trends and micro-trends and translate them into on-brand static and video creatives • Write creative copy and direction and personally execute design work • Manage creative performance in ad platforms and use results to improve future work • Contribute to AI-driven creative workflows and frameworks for concepting, production, and testing • Scale creative processes and workflows into standard team practices • Act as a subject-matter expert whose creative-performance insights guide the broader team • Resolve complex production issues across specifications, compression, accessibility, and delivery • Collaborate with the broader creative team to improve creative capability, ROI, and growth

🎯 Requirements

• Currently based in the Philippines • Top-tier aesthetic taste across layouts, fonts, music, and styling • Ability to own creative execution from trend identification and concept shaping through copywriting, design, and delivery • Experience creating both static and video creatives • Performance fluency with CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop/hold rate, cost per result, and ROI • Deep command of production tools, specifications, file setup, editing/creating tools, AI augmentation, and platform requirements • Ability to independently resolve production issues involving compression, accessibility, and delivery • Trend fluency and ability to identify emerging trends and micro-trends • Ability to build and own AI-augmented creative workflows • Ability to turn creative-performance patterns into repeatable systems, templates, and frameworks • Ability to work across Meta placements • Strong Instagram and paid social knowledge
