📋 Description

• Drive high-leverage frontend initiatives across the organization • Lead contributions to Moxie's design system and frontend toolchain and CI • Help rethink and redesign frontend architecture, tooling, and software development lifecycle for the agentic era • Sit on the Financial Operations team and remain hands-on in product delivery • Ship FinOps UI improvements that improve performance, consistency, or developer experience • Consolidate repeatedly forked UI patterns and refactor underperformant queries • Develop technical proposals and take them through review, approval, and implementation • Own organization-level technical initiatives with measurable quality or velocity gains • Partner with Design, Product, engineering managers, and staff engineers • Mentor and level up engineers through reviews and pairing

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building a design system or leading a large React and GraphQL migration • Experience with design tokens, theming, component API design, and canonical component promotion • Demonstrated adoption of design systems or migrations by teams • Deep knowledge of GraphQL client caching and fragment colocation • Experience moving complex routes to a primary query with component-owned fragments • Track record of leading adoption without formal authority through pilots, migration guides, and documentation • Hands-on product delivery experience in large codebases • Experience improving CI time, type-checking, or page performance with measurable results • Understanding of installation, caching, and build-time performance • Daily fluency with AI tooling and a point of view on improving the software development lifecycle with AI • Technical leadership, clear communication of tradeoffs and status, code reviews, and pairing • Experience with Next.js, MUI, Apollo, GraphQL, GraphQL codegen, and Storybook
