📋 Description

• Support a portfolio of 4–5 MedSpas as their virtual front desk • Answer incoming phone calls and messages • Close inbound leads by calling and texting through the CRM • Set and manage appointments, including rescheduling • Answer basic questions about locations, opening hours, and similar information • Escalate unanswered questions to the MedSpa owner

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably as a Virtual Assistant, Front Desk Operator, or in a similar capacity • Background in the healthcare industry • Experience in sales and converting leads into client engagements • Availability to work during US hours and follow US holidays • Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal English, with a neutral accent • Confident and independent problem-solver able to work with minimal supervision • Must reside in the Philippines • Submit a video/voice sample of no more than 2 minutes • Submit a copy of resume • Submit an internet speed test
