📋 Description
• Develop and evolve product operations frameworks that improve planning, prioritization, and delivery across multiple teams. • Establish data-informed practices for experimentation, roadmap governance, and success measurement. • Partner with engineering, design, and community teams to drive process and communication improvements. • Champion open-source, transparent product development and community collaboration. • Coach and support teams in product thinking and execution excellence—building the practice, not managing people.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or related technical leadership roles. • Demonstrated success creating structure and process around ambiguity in distributed or community-driven environments. • Strong technical fluency and experience collaborating across engineering, design, and data teams. • Expertise in data-informed, user-centered product development and experimentation. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence without authority. • Commitment to open-source principles and community engagement.
