📋 Description
• Provide 1:1 remote support to users during their scheduled migration sessions • Follow a step-by-step migration process using a proprietary tool • Use Microsoft Bookings to manage user appointment scheduling and maintain an efficient workflow • Offer live migration support via phone using provided US outbound calling solutions (Microsoft Teams or Genesys) • Perform basic troubleshooting and escalation as needed • Log activity, migration status, and issues via Jira Service Management (JSM) • Assist in tracking and reporting daily migration progress • Collaborate with other technicians and the project lead to improve efficiency and user experience
