📋 Description

• Develop and execute the HIV medical strategy across multiple countries within the cluster • Build and maintain trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals and external experts • Generate and translate medical insights into strategies that improve patient outcomes and support medical priorities • Lead scientific engagement activities, including advisory boards and medical education initiatives • Support patient access and reimbursement activities through scientific and medical expertise • Collaborate effectively with local, regional, and global cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent Life Sciences degree • Significant Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry • Several years of experience as a Medical Advisor • Experience operating in complex, multi-country or regional environments • Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute independently • Proven ability to build scientific relationships and influence diverse stakeholders • Fluent in English • Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs • Project Management • Scientific Communications • Scientific Reviews • Strategic Planning • Strategic Thinking • Teamwork
