📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and lead team members through solution design and implementation • Drive adoption of modern development standards, tools, and frameworks • Produce documentation and test plans, and maintain clean, efficient code • Mentor junior and mid-level team members • Foster trusted partnerships with coworkers and clients • Develop interactive prototypes for innovative UI solutions • Develop tested and documented TypeScript, HTML, and CSS • Build responsive, cross-browser-compatible applications optimized for desktop and mobile • Adhere to branding guidelines and UX standards • Advise stakeholders, peers, and management while maintaining productive relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience • Sitecore Certification • 3+ years of professional Sitecore Development experience • Deep proficiency with HTML, CSS, and TypeScript • Extensive experience with React, including complex state management and architecture • Proficient with Git workflows and branch strategies • Strong capabilities in browser testing, debugging, and performance optimization • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment) • Advanced understanding of UI/UX principles, design patterns, and responsive design • Solid knowledge of SEO best practices • Intermediate spoken English and fluent written English • Code samples are required • Nice-to-have: professional experience with Next.js, additional front-end frameworks, and content management systems • Nice-to-have: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields • Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, multitasking, reliability, and deadline-management abilities
