âą Managing escalated technical cases from front-line support, validating information, performing deep-dive analysis and defining corrective actions. âą Providing remote and on-site support to dealers and technical teams to ensure timely and effective vehicle repair. âą Producing clear, structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders, highlighting risks, trends and areas for improvement. âą Monitoring activity KPIs (case ageing, recurrence, fix-it-right-first-time) and flagging early warning signals on product or process issues. âą Contributing to technical knowledge base and best practices, supporting continuous improvement of Level 1 agents and workshop.
âą Strong automotive technical background with experience in diagnostics and complex repair (dealer, workshop or OEM environment). âą Proven ability to analyze technical data, fault codes and log files to identify root causes and recurring issues on vehicles. âą Capable of translating OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams and procedures into clear repair instructions for workshops. âą Good verbal and written communication skills in English; able to explain complex technical topics in an understandable way. âą Team player with proactive attitude, logical and inquisitive mindset, able to operate in multi-market, multi-stakeholder environments.
