📋 Description

• Understand the business environment and organizational requirements • Research products and work with the marketing team on plans • Work with internal teams on new ideas and strategies • Conceptualize visuals for digital media campaigns, internal communications, presentations, and websites • Study requirements and designs, create drafts, present ideas, incorporate feedback, and deliver final outputs • Create infographics, videos, illustrations, logos, and other visual formats • Collaborate periodically with designers, artists, and stakeholders • Present marketing activities to management and stakeholders • Support business heads and stakeholders in achieving business goals • Participate in weekly meetings with various teams • Deliver byte-sized projects weekly

🎯 Requirements

• Student or graduate interested in graphic designing and creative editing • Any graduate qualification • Good conceptual knowledge in the respective domain • Ability to turn ideas into artistic designs • Familiarity with Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Canva, GIMP, and CorelDRAW • Keen eye for aesthetics and details • Willingness to collaborate with a team and follow systems and processes • Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges • Must have a computer, smartphone, uninterrupted internet connection, and noise-cancellation headphones • Ability or willingness to participate in weekly meetings and spend 10–15 hours per week
