📋 Description

• Gain knowledge and practical experience in fits and tolerances for different components • Learn and apply root cause analysis techniques to identify underlying quality issues • Prepare detailed inspection reports based on product quality assessments and measurements • Learn inward-material acceptance and conduct quality checks • Issue materials from stores to the assembly line accurately and on time • Assist with Goods Received Memos (GRMs) and material request documents • Perform First-In, First-Out (FIFO) analysis to ensure stock rotation and minimize waste • Participate in stock verification and maintain accurate inventory records • Accompany quality engineers on vendor site inspections and assess quality standards • Familiarize yourself with quality-control and measurement tools and instruments • Contribute to digitizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality control and stores management • Complete byte-sized project outcomes delivered weekly • Provide task updates to the Project Management Executive • Perform additional tasks assigned by the mentor or supervisor based on project requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Enthusiasm for quality engineering and stores management • Interest in gaining practical factory-setting experience • Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering • Work experience listed as 0–1 year • Full-time interns: availability from 11 AM–5 PM in the virtual office • Part-time interns: availability for either 11 AM–2 PM or 2 PM–5 PM • Off-Time Batch interns: report to the virtual office between 5 PM–6:30 PM • Ability to provide task updates to the Project Management Executive
