• Manages client relationships and daily administration of assigned Global Capital Markets (GCM) accounts • Serves as main point of contact with the client and internal and external service partners • Participates in development and delivery of innovative products and/or services • Works with internal business partners as appropriate • Monitors relevant administrative and operational systems related to accounts • Reviews, analyzes and provides comments related to negotiation and drafting of operative documents • Ensures coordination of activities related to monitoring risks and ensuring regulatory compliance • Researches and resolves issues related to control and client service aspects of assigned accounts • Completes various account administration activities including timely cash flow execution and fee billing • Participates in sales calls to current and prospective clients and prepares fee proposals • Evaluates fees for suitability and conformance with fee schedules and manages relationships
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years’ client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets • High level of proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software • High proficiency and experience reading, analyzing and interpreting legal documents • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages • Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws and regulations • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical skills • Strategic thinking skills
