📋 Description
• Create and update design guides, white papers, and catalog content • Interpret test results and research findings to produce design parameters and engineering tables • Apply relevant design codes and document appropriate assumptions and limits • Collaborate with the R&D team, Marketing, and Technical Service • Assist in creating calculation spreadsheets and digital integrations • Identify gaps or ambiguities in existing resources and propose updates
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Timber Engineering (or equivalent background) • 1–5 years of experience in wood design, structural connections, or technical documentation (intermediate preferred, junior considered) • Familiarity with design codes (CSA O86, NDS, etc.) • Strong technical writing and data-analysis skills • Excellent organization and attention to detail • Proficiency in English required.
