📋 Description

• Analyze and document current-state (As-Is) ITSM processes across different regions, including Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management • Conduct interviews, meetings, and workshops to gather requirements, identify improvement opportunities, map gaps, and understand regional specificities • Develop L2 and L3 process maps, business requirements documentation, and functional specifications • Work with business subject-matter experts (SMEs), workstream leads, and program leadership to translate business needs into structured requirements • Drive process standardization and harmonization across regions while respecting local needs and constraints • Facilitate alignment among stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment • Ensure integration and alignment with Service Desk, Hosting, Tech4Tech, and Digital Workplace teams • Support the Workstream Lead and Project Manager in preparing presentations, documents, and other project artifacts • Support the adoption of new processes, practices, and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformation programs and multinational organizations; alternatively, experience in application development/SDLC, with knowledge of PMO methodologies and project management • Strong analytical skills and experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements • Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements, functional documentation, and process designs • Experience working in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders and a high degree of complexity • Comfortable working in situations involving frequent change and loosely defined requirements • Practical knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) — a plus • Previous experience as a Service Designer — a plus • Experience with global operating model transformation projects, Shared Services, or IT outsourcing — a plus
