📋 Description

• Analyze and document the current (As-Is) ITSM processes across different regions, including: • Incident Management; • Request Management; • Problem Management; • Change Management; • Knowledge Management. • Conduct interviews, meetings, and workshops to: • Elicit requirements; • Identify improvement opportunities; • Map gaps; • Understand regional particularities. • Prepare: • Process maps (L2 and L3); • Business requirements documentation; • Functional specifications. • Work together with subject-matter experts (SMEs), workstream leads, and program leadership to transform business needs into structured requirements. • Promote standardization and harmonization of processes across different regions while respecting local needs and constraints. • Facilitate alignment among stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment. • Ensure integration and alignment with other IT streams, including: • Service Desk; • Hosting; • Tech4Tech; • Digital Workplace. • Support the Workstream Lead and Project Manager in preparing presentations, documents, and other project artifacts. • Support the adoption of new processes, practices, and ways of working.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformation programs and multinational organizations; or experience in application development/SDLC, with knowledge of PMO methodologies and project management. • Strong analytical skills and experience conducting workshops and requirements elicitation. • Ability to translate business needs into: • Structured requirements; • Functional documentation; • Process design. • Experience in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders and high complexity. • Comfortable operating in scenarios with frequent changes and loosely defined requirements. • Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW). • Previous experience as a Service Designer. • Experience in projects involving: • Transformation of global operating models; • Shared Services Centers; • IT outsourcing.
