📋 Description

• Consolidate and manage open items, dependencies, and the program action plan. • Keep the risk matrix up to date, including mitigations, owners, and deadlines. • Orchestrate the integrated schedule (workstreams) and ensure a regular follow-up cadence. • Produce executive-level materials and lead executive reporting (status, decisions, impediments). • Support and run executive committees and manage stakeholder communication. • Ensure availability and commitment to remain in the role until the second half of 2026 (critical client milestone).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior PMO in complex programs (multiple teams, high risk, interdependencies). • Strong governance skills, executive status reporting, and facilitation of forums. • Preferred: experience with payment cards and/or card processor migrations (accelerates onboarding).
