📋 Description
• Work on corporate law and corporate governance routines; • Draft, review, and organize corporate documents; • Support the convening and formalization of corporate bodies' meetings (e.g., board and shareholders meetings); • Monitor regulatory obligations and ensure compliance with applicable rules; • Liaise with internal teams to provide guidance on corporate matters; • Assist in organizing the corporate calendar and tracking deadlines; • Interact with external law firms and other partners as needed; • Support corporate requests and the company's strategic projects.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree with active Bar membership (OAB) in good standing; • Advanced English; • Experience in corporate law and working with public companies; • Experience in companies with international structures and standards; • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Corporate Law or Corporate Governance is a plus.
