• Gestire gli oltre 1.000 lead presenti nel portafoglio, qualificando le opportunità e guidando le imprese verso le soluzioni di Muffin Finance • Gestire partnership strategiche con potenziali segnalatori • Creare, strutturare e gestire un network di contatti ad alto valore • Collaborare con il management team per identificare nuovi segmenti di mercato e aziende target attraverso un approccio data-driven • Analizzare bilanci e strutture finanziarie per determinare l'adeguatezza delle operazioni rispetto all'ecosistema di partner finanziari • Utilizzare la piattaforma integrata per la pre-selezione tecnica delle operazioni e l'analisi della fattibilità finanziaria

🎯 Requirements

• Ideale iscrizione all'OAM (Collaboratore di mediatore creditizio) • Pregressa esperienza nel Business Development o nel settore finanziario BtoB • Attitudine alla gestione di volumi importanti di lead • Solida capacità di analisi economico-patrimoniale • Comprensione delle dinamiche finanziarie d'impresa • Proattività • Orientamento ai risultati • Capacità di negoziazione in contesti dinamici
