📋 Description

• Build, test, document and maintain data products • Build and maintain BI and data products in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Azure • Deliver lakehouse, warehouse, pipeline, notebook, SQL object and reporting components • Develop Power BI semantic models, reports and DAX calculations • Translate defined business needs into technical stories and delivery steps • Discuss technical topics directly with client IT and business stakeholders • Work in structured agile delivery • Estimate work, manage stories and deliver against sprint commitments • Use AI tools to improve development, analysis, documentation and quality assurance workflows • Design and develop AI-driven data products connecting trusted client data, LLMs and defined business workflows • Identify and prototype use cases for automations, bots, copilots and agents • Turn proven AI prototypes into secure, documented and maintainable data products • Test, document and deploy production-ready data products • Use version control and collaborative delivery practices, ideally Git and Azure DevOps • Raise delivery risks, data issues and unclear requirements early with the Tech Lead and project lead • Identify improvement opportunities in client data landscapes • Contribute reusable documentation and practical knowledge to MultiBase's internal knowledge base • Report to a Tech Lead and work closely with project leads, developers and client teams • Clarify technical detail and estimate effort before delivery • Demonstrate delivered work and explain technical decisions clearly

🎯 Requirements

• At least four years of BI or data-platform development experience, including direct work with client or business stakeholders • Strong Azure data-platform experience, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory or Synapse • Practical experience with lakehouse and data warehouse concepts, data pipelines and notebooks • Professional Power BI capability, including semantic modeling, DAX and report development • Strong SQL and dimensional data-modeling skills, including star-schema design and ETL/ELT patterns • Experience delivering in agile teams using structured stories, estimates and sprint commitments • Experience using Git and a collaborative development workflow • Experience testing, deploying and maintaining production data products • Fluent English, written and spoken • Daily, thoughtful use of AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex or equivalent; verify outputs and remain accountable for quality • Hands-on experience designing, building or deploying AI-driven data products, bots, copilots or agents for real business use cases is a strong advantage • Experience with current LLMs and small language models, including decisions about model choice, cost, latency, privacy and quality is a strong advantage • Experience with LLM APIs, agent orchestration or automation platforms such as OpenClaw, Claude Code or Cowork, Hermes, n8n, Make or comparable tools is a strong advantage • Experience turning LLM, SLM or agent prototypes into secure and maintainable data products is a strong advantage • Databricks experience is a strong advantage • Python or PySpark for data engineering, automation or notebook workflows is a strong advantage • German at B2 level or above for DACH client communication is a strong advantage • Azure DevOps is an advantage • Experience delivering in a client-facing project environment is a strong advantage • Active knowledge sharing and interest in market and technology developments are strong advantages
